We hit the Mt Baker Step Up in the end of May 2011. There was plenty of snow to ride. We pushed the jump back a bit and stacked it up high. There was a smaller jump left over from previous step-up sessions.
The Wildcard Crew was hyped. We had (L to R) Jay Kelly, Morgan Rose, and Nick Ennen out packing in the lip of the jump.
Morgan was fired up all day. He sent the grannies cornice quite large to flat in classic Morgie style: no gloves, shirtless, and in shorts.
Andy Bergin-Sperry always comes to throw down. He was in Tacoma at 12pm in the afternoon and he still made it to shred for hours in the late sunlight at Mt Baker.
Andy landed the first trick he tried, backside rodeo 720 nosegrab!
